Scope: Frame production, surface preparation, and chrome plating.

Due to the large order quantity, we sourced materials at a competitive price. The tubes were bent according to the design, welded, and quality-checked. The components were then sent for nickel/chrome plating.
After plating and final inspection, the parts were packed on Euro pallets (1200 × 800 mm, 120 pcs per pallet).
Transport cost: ~100 PLN/pallet
