We use top-quality equipment, such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, boring machines, and drills. We also utilize waterjet cutting technology. We perform three types of mechanical processing: cutting, milling, and turning.

Cutting

Cutting is a subtractive process that involves modifying the appearance of the processed material by removing excess layers and converting them into chips. We process components made of non-ferrous metals, plastics, and steel.

The maximum dimensions for materials subjected to surface grinding are 220 cm x 500 cm x 300 cm, while for shaft grinding, they are Ø 125 cm, length 500 cm.

We use CNC milling machines and lathes (numerically controlled). CNC machining enables a modern, fast, and precise execution of all details.

Milling

Milling is a type of cutting process in which the workpiece remains stationary while the cutting tool rotates to shape the material.

We perform CNC milling on materials with maximum dimensions of X3000 Y1550 Z1500.

Waterjet Cutting

We can process raw materials using waterjet cutting (also known as the waterjet process) with maximum dimensions of 4000 cm x 2000 cm.

For mechanical saw cutting, we handle materials with a maximum diameter of Ø 440 cm.

Turning

Turning is a chip-removal machining process in which the workpiece rotates while being shaped. We process customer-supplied materials using a CNC lathe, with maximum dimensions of X2000 Z3000.

We offer CNC boring, ring turning, titanium turning, and threading. Our services also include large-diameter turning.

We perform large-scale conventional turning on various raw materials, such as cast iron, steel, and others, for both commercial and private orders.
