WIETPOL Aerospace provides professional powder coating services for steel and aluminum components, as well as steel parts that have undergone anodizing and galvanizing processes.
Powder coating is one of the most advanced technologies for applying protective coatings to metal and alloy components. Its primary purpose is to safeguard elements from corrosion while enhancing their visual appeal.
We perform powder coating in two fully equipped facilities:
A manual coating facility, designed for large-sized components.
An automated coating facility, featuring two advanced spray booths equipped with cutting-edge technology from leading manufacturers, WAGNER and GEMA.
Automated Coating Facility
The automated coating facility is designed for powder coating components with the following maximum dimensions:
For components up to 1,500 mm in length:
- Width: 800 mm
- Height: 1,800 mm
For components between 1,500 mm and 3,000 mm in length:
- Width: 400 mm
- Height: 1,650 mm
The maximum conveyor load capacity is 80 kg per meter.
